- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier delays.
3. Multiple Packages
- Your order may ship from multiple international warehouses.
- Items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships.
- This email will contain your tracking number(s).
- Tracking numbers will become active within 48 hours of shipment.
- We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- This includes tariffs, taxes, and any other local clearance fees.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your product arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
